Coachella 2013 Ticket Sale Release Date
Coachella tickets this year are expected to sell out in record time. Pre-sale tickets have already sold out for the first time in the history of the festival in the first day of sales. If you are waiting for the Coachella organizers to announce when the main ticket sales will go online, you will be somewhat frustrated as they notoriously announce it only several days prior to tickets going online. You can, however, look back at previous years when tickets were offered for sale to gauge a pretty close estimation to when this years sales will begin.
Historically the Coachella Music Festival has released the main ticket sales in the latter half of January and this year they have announced that they will release the main round of ticket sales on Tuesday, January 29th, at 10:00am. Tickets for the first week will sell out faster than those on the second week. For example in 2012 tickets sold out in under 5 minutes for the first week and 45 minutes for the second week. In order to make sure you are able to get your tickets for the desired week you want to go, log into the ticketing website Coachella provides 5 minutes before they claim tickets go live for sale. Coachella usually claims that tickets will not be sold prior to 10:00AM on that day, however that is not the case. Many people are able to join the buying cue as early as 15 minutes before the posted time, so stay on top of the date, time, and log in early to purchase your ticket. Also if you have not registered at Coachella.com yet, do so now. If you wait till 10:00AM on January 29th, you will not be able to get in the cue till after you register. The festival will almost certainly sell out before you are able to register.
Keep yourself posted on the release date by following Coachella on Facebook or your other trusted social network to make sure you stay up-to-date on ticket sales. Happy Coachelling! | Coachella Tickets 2013 ticket sale date.
