treasure island Treasure Island Music Festival Treasure Island music festival is held every year on the first weekend of October on Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay. The Treasure Island music festival features a number of different musical genres including indie rock, hip hop, and EDM. The music festival grounds contain two different stages where a total of 13 different acts play on both Friday and Saturday.

The festival focuses on reducing their carbon footprint by using zero-emission buses to transport attendees to and from parking structures that are located inland. Since the first music festival in 2007, they have continued to make things more “green”.

Treasure Island Music Festival is a much more intimate scene.

The Treasure Island music festival is also well known for it’s unique location in the middle of the San Francisco bay. As David Pescovitz from Boing Boing put it, “Treasure Island Music Festival is a much more intimate scene. The setting, right on the San Francisco Bay, is breathtaking and with just two stages, you won’t spend too much time fighting the crowds.”

10:00AM – Box Office opens at Treasure Island
10:30AM – Parking Lot A at AT&T Park in San Francisco opens
11:00AM – Festival gates open
12:00PM – Music starts

BOX OFFICE HOURS

The box office, located on Treasure Island, will be open for will call pick up the following times:

Friday, October 12th – 12PM until 6PM
Saturday, October 13th – 10AM until 9PM
Sunday, October 14th – 10AM until 9PM

RE-ENTRY POLICY

There will be no re-entry into the festival.

CHILDREN

Children 2 years old and under admitted free. However no strollers are allowed.
